The Cotswolds Discovery Tour - September 2019
Join us on our latest Discovery Tour as we venture into the charming Cotswolds in the south west of England. Renowned for its idyllic villages of honey coloured stone cottages, as well as gorgeous rolling farmland, the Cotswolds is a treat for any photographer. On this tour we will guide you to, and help you photograph some of the Cotswolds most beautiful villages as well as its lovely countryside.
Our tour begins at midday on the first day where, after an initial short briefing we will head out to a variety of locations for the rest of the day. Each day thereafter we will aim to be shooting from sunrise through to sunset, returning to the hotel after sunrise for breakfast and a freshen up before heading out for the rest of the day
With a maximum group number of only four participants, our chosen locations will be uncrowded ensuring everybody has access to shoot that special viewpoint. Adam will encourage you to fully explore each location to find your own viewpoints and compositions, while helping you capture beautiful landscape photographs.
Our tours are aimed at everybody, from beginners looking for advice and encouragement through to experienced photographers wishing only to be guided to locations. With such a small group, you can be assured of Adam’s attention, support and feedback throughout each location we visit.
Our base for this tour will be the Crown of Crucis, a country inn and hotel in the small village of Ampney Crucis near Cirencester. Located centrally in the Cotswolds, the Crown provides an ideal base for us to explore the charming villages and landscapes of this beautiful area. Each guest will enjoy single occupancy in a double en suite bedroom with all the comforts expected of a modern hotel. For more information on the hotel please visit their website.
