Gower Peninsula

Fully Booked

Join Adam for a Discovery Tour on the beautiful Gower Peninsula.  Designated the UK's very first Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Gower possesses some of the most spectacular and recognisable coastline in Wales.  This area is fabulous for seascape photographs; distinctive limestone cliffs overlook beautiful beaches, with golden sandy expanses pierced by eroded rock formations.  The peninsula offers excellent options for shooting all this rich scenery from sunrise through to sunset, and being relatively small makes it easy to drive between locations.

Our tour begins at midday on the first day, where after an initial short briefing we will head out to a variety of locations for the rest of the day.  Each day thereafter we will aim to be shooting from sunrise through to sunset, returning to the hotel after sunrise for breakfast and some downtime before heading out for the rest of the day, returning to our accommodation after sunset.

With a maximum group number of only four participants, our chosen locations will be uncrowded ensuring everybody has access to shoot that special viewpoint.  Adam will encourage you to fully explore each location to find your own viewpoints and compositions, while helping you capture beautiful landscape photographs.

Our tours are aimed at everybody, from beginners looking for advice and encouragement through to experienced photographers wishing only to be guided to locations.  With such a small group, you can be assured of Adam’s attention, support and feedback throughout each location we visit.

Please note: This tour requires a moderate level of fitness.  Although most locations can be acccessed via short walks, some locations require walks of up to 30 minutes.

Throughout this tour we will be based at the Kings Head Inn, a 17th Century pub in the quiet village of Llangennith.  The bedrooms are located in two recently converted barn conversions next door to the pub.

Each guest will enjoy single occupancy in a double en-suite bedroom with all the comforts expected of a modern hotel.  For more information on the hotel please visit their website.
