Exmoor National Park

Fully Booked

Join Adam shooting the photographic delights of Exmoor National Park.  Although one of the UK's least visited national parks, Exmoor offers some of the greatest variety.  As well as it's characteristic moorland, the national park features idyllic rolling countryside, deep wooded valleys and an exceptional coastline which boasts the highest cliffs in all of England.

All these ingredients make Exmoor a perfect place for landscape photography.  On this Discovery Tour we will be aiming to shoot the breadth of variety that makes Exmoor so special; our journey will see us visit both beaches and clifftops, fast flowing rivers in autumnal deciduous woodlands, beautiful  countryside locations and of course wild, high moorland.  We will photograph the delights of Watersmeet, the Valley of Rocks, Porlock Bay and many more locations along the way.  We will even find time to photograph some of the national parks most famous residents, the Exmoor Ponies!

Our tour begins at midday on the first day, where after an initial short briefing we will head out for the rest of the day.  Each day thereafter we will aim to be shooting from sunrise through to sunset, returning to the hotel after sunrise for breakfast before heading out for the rest of the day, again returning to our accommodation after sunset.

With a maximum group number of only four participants, our chosen locations will be uncrowded ensuring everybody has access to shoot that special viewpoint.  Adam will encourage you to fully explore each location to find your own viewpoints and compositions, while helping you capture beautiful landscape photographs.

Our tours are aimed at everybody, from beginners looking for advice and encouragement through to experienced photographers wishing only to be guided to locations.  With such a small group, you can be assured of Adam’s attention, support and feedback throughout each location we visit.

Please note: This tour requires a moderate level of fitness.  Although most locations can be acccessed via short walks, some locations require walks of up to 30 minutes.
