The Langdale Fell
Lake District, Cumbria

Gallery: Lake District
The beautiful Mickleden Valley and Langdale Fell in the heart of the Lake District National Park. The Lake District can be notorious for weather, and indeed on this trip I experienced 80mph winds, torrents of rain and even some snow. But when the sun does occasionally peek through the clouds, the stunning landscape looks absolutely magical.
