Whenever possible I prefer to photograph natural landscapes, free from any obvious human intervention. In this instance, I made an exception. After waiting unsuccessfully for the people to walk out of my frame, I suddenly recognised how the two groups actually added impact to the image. For once I broke my usual self imposed no-human rule and was very glad I did so.
