I noticed the golden evening light illuminating this crop field while driving from Polruan to Polperro for sunset. I quickly stopped the car, and while extending my tripod legs dashed into the field with my camera gear. I was determined not to miss the sunset in Polperro so forced myself to rush. As it turned out the light in Polperro was disappointing; I really should have stayed in this field all along.
