Striving for Perfection
Striving for Perfection
New Forest, Hampshire
Ref: BB017473
Gallery: New Forest
I’ve visited and photographed Backley Plain in the New Forest many times over the years, so on this occasion I was looking for something fresh and new. I decided to move in low and close to two mature oak trees, and chose this unusual composition. I have named this shot ‘Striving for Perfection’ as to me the haphazard yet beautiful branches seem to be reaching out towards the perfectly formed tree on the horizon.
