Seven Tree Hill
Nr Horner, Exmoor
Ref: BB031212
Gallery: Exmoor
Although much of Exmoor is still a vast expanse of wild moorland, near Horner, the moors give way to a patchwork of grassy fields, seen here illuminated by a warm golden morning light. Fields were first enclosed after much of the original forest was sold off by the Crown in 1818.
