After naming this image from the same trip ‘Kingdom of Heaven’ it seemed apt to name this picture ‘Kingdom of Hell’. As you might expect from looking at this image, it was a brooding, intense evening of weather, full of rain, strong winds and loads of sea spray. Taking into account the testing conditions I am very happy with the way this image came out. In fact I think the darkness adds a menacing intensity which really suits the remote ruined castle.
