A tree often photographed by landscape photographers, but never the less one that is difficult to pass by on any Scottish trip without exposing at least one image. I arrived on the scene too late to capture the sunset, but was very excited to see the unusual pink clouds in the sky. Rushing over soggy wet bog I set up my camera as quickly as I could to photograph the tree with the bright pink cloud directly behind. I was lucky to capture the shot just before the cloud moved past the tree.
