This toothless wonder is one of the many weathered wooden groynes on Porlock and Bossington Beaches on Exmoor’s coast. This particular groyne has seen better days, and while its effectiveness as a coastal defence may now be questionable, I find it a far more interesting subject to photograph than a shiny new version.
