A Cornish Spring
Rumps Peninsula, Cornwall
Ref: BB038090
Gallery: Cornwall
In May and June, carpets of Thrift (or Sea Pinks) wildflowers turn the Cornish clifftops a bright pink, adding a vibrant splash of colour to the rugged coast. From this high vantage point on The Rumps volcanic outcrop, the morning sunshine explodes on the eastern headlands behind The Mouls island.
