There can be few experiences in life as moving as your first glimpses of the White Continent. Although possibly its most visited part, the Antarctic Peninsula remains an utterly isolated and mysterious wilderness; a lonely snowbound mountain range, surrounded by glacier strewn stretches of cold ocean. A more spectacular location to photograph could not be imagined.
